Shipping policy

The following terms apply to the shipping services for Home & Living products provided by www.roshrglo.com (“the Website”) and HR GLOBAL GROUP PTY LTD (“we”). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order; placing an order constitutes your agreement to the following.

Delivery Scope

  • We primarily provide delivery services within Australia, with specific coverage displayed at checkout.
  • Some remote areas (e.g., Tasmania, parts of the Northern Territory) may have delivery restrictions or additional fees. For details, contact our customer service.

Order Processing Time

  • Under normal circumstances, orders will be sorted and packed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Processing time for customized or pre-sale products may be extended to 5-7 working days, as specified on the product detail page.

Delivery Methods and Timeliness

  • Standard Parcel: Shipped via Australia Post, suitable for non-urgent orders. No real-time tracking service is provided.
  • Express Delivery: Collaborates with third-party logistics providers (e.g., DHL, Toll) with full tracking. Logistics numbers can be queried in the order backend.
  • Delivery Time Notes:
    • Timeliness is calculated from the date of shipment, excluding processing time.
    • Delivery may be delayed in remote areas, extreme weather, or holidays without prior notice.

Order Tracking

  • For express delivery orders, we will send the logistics number via email within 24 hours of shipment. You can check the progress on the “My Orders” page of the WordPress website or the logistics provider’s official website.
  • Standard parcel orders only provide shipment confirmation and do not support real-time tracking.

Package Receipt

  • Express orders require signature by the recipient or an authorized representative. If delivery fails due to the recipient’s absence, the logistics provider will attempt a second delivery or store the package at a nearby pickup point.
  • If a package is unclaimed and remains unprocessed after 3 working days, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be responsible for re-delivery fees.

International Delivery

  • International delivery is not currently supported. Any future adjustments will be announced on the website.

Order Modification and Cancellation

  • Within 12 hours after order payment, you can contact customer service (assist@roshrglo.com) to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled if they have entered the processing stage beyond 12 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the event of a lost or damaged package during shipping:
    • Express orders: Contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing the logistics number and package photos. We will coordinate with the logistics provider for handling or reshipment.
    • Standard parcel orders: Due to the lack of tracking, reissue can only be applied for if the package is not received within 15 working days after shipment, requiring an order screenshot.

Holiday Delivery Arrangements

  • During Australian public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter), order processing and delivery times will be postponed. Specific arrangements will be announced on the website’s homepage.

Duties and Taxes

  • These terms apply only to domestic delivery within Australia, and no additional duties or taxes will be incurred.

Updates to Shipping Policies

  • We may update these shipping terms based on logistics costs, service adjustments, or other factors. The latest version will be published on the website, with the effective date noted on the page.
